Policies
- What do I need to bring? The Spa provides you with a robe, towel and slippers. We also provide locker amenities such as shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and moisturizer. Feel free to bring your bathing suit if you would like, we have a Hot Tub Jacuzzi available.
- How early should I arrive at the spa? Arrive at least 15 minutes before your first appointment to allow yourself time to check in, change, and familiarize yourself with the spa.
- Cancellation Policy
Please note, no calls, no shows and canceled services less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 100%.
- Gift Cards Gift cards are available for any service or dollar amount.
- Minimum Age Requirements Please note that the age limit for the Spa is 14 years and older; anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
