  • Every year, Key West hosts a 10-day extravaganza of wild parties, costumes, street parades and a fair. A colorful celebration that attracts 75,000 revelers, Fantasy Fest takes place along Duval Street in late October. Located on the waterfront where Duval meets the ocean, our legendary island hotel is ideal for guests who want to experience the excitement of Fantasy Fest and return to a peaceful room at the end of the night.

  • Code Of Conduct - The Following Rules And Regulations That Are Enforced During The Festival:

    • Nudity is ILLEGAL and is NOT allowed on public property or in public view at any time. 
      Lewd acts on public property or in public view are strictly ILLEGAL and NOT tolerated.
    • Body painting is allowed but must be done in enclosed or screened in areas, entirely out of public view. Painted female breasts are permitted, but ONLY ALLOWED within the designated "Fantasy Zone".
    • Please wear a cover-up to avoid ILLEGAL exposure on public property and on all city streets outside of the "Fantasy Zone".
    • No glass containers are allowed inside the designated Fantasy Zone.
    • Drink from paper or plastic cups provided by bars and vendors.
    • Open containers of alcohol are not allowed outside the Fantasy Zone.
    • Please stay inside the party area while you are carrying open alcoholic beverages.
    • Trash and recycling containers are located for your convenience along the boundary of the Fantasy Zone for depositing open drink containers. Additional recycling bins will be located on every cross street within the Fantasy Zone.
    • No backpacks, coolers, packages, water guns, weapons or replica weapons will be allowed.

    How To Get Around

    • Walking - Most Downtown events are less than a 15 minute walk from each other.
    • Bicycling - The best way to get around town is by bicycle. If you don't have your own, you can rental a bicycle from one of the many rental stores on the island. If you are riding after dark, make sure to get a light.
    • City "Safe Ride Shuttles - The City of Key West Department of Transportation provides SAFE RIDE shuttle buses during the Bud Light Fantasy Parade. For more information please go to kwtransit.com.
    • Taxi's / RideShare - Pick up/drop offs are required to stay above (east) or stay at Simonton Street.
    • Pedicap - Allow someone to do the bicycling for you.
    • Lower Keys Shuttle - From Mile Marker 52.5 and higher you can take the Lower Keys Shuttle, where you get dropped downtown where the action is. One way cost is $4.00.
  • Map/Directions
