Key West really knows how to throw a party in style.
Celebrating the diverse LGBT community of South Florida and the Keys, the annual Key West Pride is a festive 5-day event that illuminates the streets of this island paradise. Led by Grand Marshall Rob Smith, an openly gay Iraq War veteran, the colorful Pride Parade marches down historic Duval Street with thousands of proud revelers, floats, banners and a 100-foot piece of the historic "Sea to Sea Rainbow Flag." Key West Pride will feature exciting events and activities all weekend – from dance and pool parties to sunset cruises and snorkeling tours. The Island House will kick off Pride with Bow Ties and Bubbly, a poolside party where the drinks flow all night. Don’t miss all the amazing Key West Pride events, including the Ms. Key West Pride Contest at Aqua, Equator’s annual BBQ and Pool Party, Mr. Pride Content at Bourbon Street Pub, Gay Key West Trolley Tour and the Purgatory Foam Party at the Bourbon Street Pub Garden Bar. Happening in the heart of Duval, the Key West Pride 2014 Street Fair is a fabulous marketplace with street vendors selling art, jewelry, gifts, apparel and delicious food and drinks and from local bars, restaurants and shops. The street fair on Duval beats to its own rhythm. Throw on your sun shades, sport your sexiest bikini and let your pride flag fly, June 11 – 15, at Key West Pride.
