Pier House started working hard this summer on a $10 million dollar renovation of all guest rooms and suites, as well as some public areas. Our goal is to ensure this truly original Key West property provides you with modern and eclectic comforts, décor and amenities. The transformation started in May and we hope to showcase our hot, new self by Pretenders/Fantasy Fest in October.
The Atlanta based design firm, Ai Group, took inspiration from the local color and flavor of Key West. There’s plenty color and flavor here in paradise. A warm and vibrant palette will grace all five buildings featuring custom-designed furniture, one-of-a-kind pieces, and tricked out fixtures, finishes and fabrics.
While we hope you don’t spend much of your vacation in the bathroom, we decided to redesign, offering more space, a stylish look and feel, and much improved stuff. You can immerse yourselves in local artwork and creative touches throughout the guestrooms and public areas.
We want to ensure that your first and last moments (as well as all the ones in between) with us are memorable, so the lobby will be revamped to improve guest check-in, concierge and business center services.
There’s a lot more that’s new but you’ll just have to come experience it for yourself.
If you can’t wait, there’s always the 6 new one-bedroom suites that opened in May along the harbour. The near panoramic views, modern earth-toned decor, vibrant artwork, thoughtful amenities including specialty vanity mirror, signature spa collection toiletries, spa robes and rain showerhead, flat screen TV, sitting room, and infinity balcony are sure to excite and delight.
