We offer the following options:

Ceremony Only
The Pier House recognizes that some prefer the intimacy of a small, simple ceremony, whether private or a gathering of a few friends.  Just for those couples, we have ceremony-only packages available for many dates throughout the year for wedding parties of ten or fewer.

This package includes:

• The Ceremony Location for One Half Hour  
• Services of a Licensed Justice of the Peace
• A Bottle of Champagne to toast the occasion
• Bridal Bouquet and Groom 
   $1200.00  

Ceremony and Catered Reception

Ceremonies, followed by a catered reception in the same location, may be held on either the Sunset Terrace or on the Beach.  The resort does require a minimum food and average purchase for these functions.  The amount will vary by the season and the day of the week. 

Included in the minimum:

• The Ceremony and Reception location for four hours
• Services of a Licensed Justice of the Peace
• Standard Tables and Banquet Chairs
• White Linens with Overlays
• Cake, Gift, and Guest Book Tables
• House Centerpieces and Outdoor Lighting
• Set up of Guest-Provided Place and Menu Cards an guest Favors
• Place Setting of China, Glassware, and Flatware

Ceremony and Restaurant Reception

For receptions up to sixty, the HarbourView Cafe waterfront deck offers your guests a variety of options from our special occasion menu.  Additionally, you have flexibility to select a variety of decor and set up options to personalize your event and fit your budget.

This option includes:

• The Ceremony Location for One Half Hour
• Services of a Licensed Justice of the Peace
• Bridal Bouquet and Groom's Boutonnière
• A Bottle of Champagne to Toast the Occasion
