Hours of Operation
The spa, locker rooms and steam rooms are open each day from 9:00 am until 7:00 pm.
Our fitness center and whirlpool are open for hotel guests each day from 5:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m.

Guest Timeliness
In order to ensure your service begins on time, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first appointment. Arriving late will shorten the time of your service. All appointments will end at their scheduled time so that the next guest will not be delayed

Cancellation Policy
Notify the Spa at least four hours in advance to cancel or reschedule to avoid a 50% penalty.
No-shows will be charged the full value of scheduled service.
Packages, special occasion parties and group bookings are confirmed with a 50% deposit and must be cancelled 24 hours in advance to avoid a full charge.

Shaving
Shaving is not recommended before pedicure services. If you choose to shave, please shave at least 8 hours prior to service.

Waxing
Sun exposure is not recommended before or after any waxing service.

Spa Amenities
On the day of your service you are invited to enjoy our spa facilities, which include a steam room, an outdoor whirlpool and an exercise room. Lockers, private showers and toiletries are also provided for your convenience.

Age Limitation
Limited spa services will be provided for guests under 18.
