BEST RATE GUARANTEE DETAILS
If you find a rate on a competing web site that is lower than the lowest rate shown on www.pierhouse.com, within 24 hours of seeing that rate, you must contact the inhouse reservation department at 305-296-4600. Upon verification of the rate, we will honor that rate for the nights for which the lower rate was found.
Rooms on the other web site must be publicly available, viewable and bookable on the Internet at the time of verification.
Lower rate found must be for the same hotel and same type of accommodations, and for the same dates.
If a lower rate is found on a third party web site, but is lower due to the currency exchange rate and/or rounding applied on the third party web site, the Guarantee does not apply.
Guarantee does not include rates that have been negotiated by the hotel with corporations, membership rates (e.g. AAA, Entertainment Card, Industry Rates), corporate rates, government rates, promotional rates or travel agency rates; only publicly available rates apply.)
On-site Reservations hours of operation are
- Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 9:00 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m.
All reservations require one night room and tax deposit on a valid credit card with expiration date and security code.
Special events may require full pre-payment and a minimum night stay.
There is a $75 fee for early departure and minimum night stay requirements will be charged in full.
Taxes are 12.5% for all hotels and resorts in the City of Key West.
You must also be 21 years of age or older to register in your room.
AAA/AARP members must present your card at check-in.
Check-in is 4:00 pm and Check-out is 12:00 noon
In order to refund your deposit, reservations must be cancelled 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
Special event reservations must be canceled 21 days prior to arrival..
If you must cancel your reservation within 7 days of your arrival, you may utilize your deposit toward a room reservation for any future stay within one year of original arrival date.
We do not charge resort fees.
Parking for our guests is complementary.
Due to space limitations; we do not have parking available for trailers, boats, or recreational vehicles.
Due to the adult nature of our resort, the Pier House may not be suitable
for children under the age of 16.
All guest accommodations are non-smoking. A $250 cleaning fee will be
assessed for smoking in our rooms and suites..
